Returns

All returns must be approved prior to returning by requesting an RMA authorisation number. A 25% restocking fee will be applied. No returns accepted after 30 days of receipt of order or on custom orders.

  • If you are returning multiple items in one parcel, please clearly include all RMA numbers on the outer box or wrapping. Please call customer service for your RMA number on 1300 650 188.

  • Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted

  • The Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) is valid for 30 days

  • Your return must be received by us within this time or your claim may require reassessment.

  • Damage during shipping or items lost in transit is at the customer’s risk. We recommend paying for tracking or product insurance.

  • We cannot accept change of mind returns for items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken. Any products returned without proper sealed packaging will be rejected under our change of mind policy.

  • Our returns policy concerning made-to-measure products or customised specifically to your requirements will be subject to a review process when it comes to exchanges or returns.

  • If you wish to initiate a return or exchange for a made-to-measure product, please note that it will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Our team will assess the situation and determine the best course of action based on the specifics of the request.

Damages/Shortages

Please inspect all packages upon receipt, note any loss or damages on the freight company's delivery receipt prior to the driver leaving the delivery location. Failure to correctly sign for damaged goods as damaged may impact your right to request a freight claim or replacement order. Immediately notify Forest Drapery Hardware as claims must be reported within 48 hours after delivery.
