Warranty Information

The Forest Shuttle Motors are warranted against defects of components and workmanship for 10 years from the date of  supply.

 

Forest Drapery tracks , components  and electronics are warranted for 12 months from the purchase date however No Forest products are warranted for outdoor use.

 

Should any failure to conform with this warranty appear during the specified period under normal and proper use, and provided the tracks have been properly installed and maintained with due regard to any directives, instructions and operating procedures provided by the manufacturer, Forest Drapery Hardware Pty Ltd shall upon presentation of genuine proof of  failure correct such nonconformity either by repair or by replacement of the nonconforming part.

 

The foregoing warranties do not cover defects resulting from misuse or failure to follow instructions. They also do not cover labour on location, service calls, re-installation or expenses involved in shipping, packing or returning goods.

Care Instructions

Products can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Do not use any type of cleaner or solvent.
